We partner closely with contractors, engineering consultancies and delivery organisations to place high quality technical professionals. Our approach is relationship led and commercially grounded, built on practical industry experience and a clear understanding of how complex projects are delivered.

Legislative compliance and systems - Ensure compliance across WHS legislation in multiple jurisdictions including construction and mining. Maintain ISO, OFSC, QMS and TMR accreditations. Translate legislation into practical site-level systems and controls.

Risk management - Oversee hazard identification, critical control implementation and SWMS across a diverse project portfolio. Review and monitor contractor WHS systems and performance.

Incident management - Lead investigation of serious incidents, near misses and dangerous occurrences. Ensure notifiable incidents are reported in line with legal requirements. Drive corrective action and trend analysis.

Auditing and reporting - Plan and conduct WHS audits and compliance reviews. Track LTIFR, TRIFR, near misses and audit actions. Report performance and trends to senior leadership and governance forums.
